Jeff Lucas

IAWA Executive Director

Jeff Lucas was born and raised in Fort Madison, Iowa, and attended Iowa State University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree. Jeff and his wife, Brooke, have a one-year-old daughter, Emmy Lu, and an Australian Shepherd named Khloe. Jeff has lived all over the country, from the high desert of Idaho to the country music capital, Nashville, Tennessee. He has experience running a non-profit that raised beef cattle for food banks and food pantries, as well as working as the Marketing Director at the substance abuse treatment center at YSS. Most recently, Jeff has been the Chief Operations Officer of an industry-leading livestock trailer manufacturer. His passions include bass fishing, travel, spending time with family, and rodeo.

Now, Jeff is gearing up for his next adventure, as he eagerly anticipates joining the team at ISA, Amplify, and IAWA. With a heart for service and a knack for collaboration, he looks forward to supporting farmers and working alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share his passion for agriculture and making an impact.
