Jeff Lucas

Account Executive

Jeff Lucas is a passionate leader in agriculture, conservation, and association management, currently serving as Executive Director of the Iowa Agriculture Water Alliance and Agriculture’s Clean Water Alliance. Growing up in Iowa but having lived and worked across the country, Jeff brings a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for agriculture, rural communities, and the people who make them special.

Outside of his the office, Jeff is a husband, and dad to their two kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and traveling. He also has a deep passion for the Western way of life and enjoys sharing its traditions, values, and stories with others.

Whether working with farmers and conservation partners, leading an association, or spending time with his community, Jeff is passionate about building meaningful relationships, bringing people together, and turning ideas into measurable impact.
